ABOUT ME

Anthony Guarnieri is a personal trainer based in Santa Monica. He incorporates a dynamic mix of techniques to help his clients become strong, flexible, confident and pain-free. Anthony specializes in losing weight, building muscle and improving posture.

Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge to each session with over 15 years of experience. Anthony has also earned a plethora of certifications ranging from Human Biomechanics Specialist level 1, Kettlebell levels 1 & 2, Yoga, Precision Nutrition and more. Anthony integrates his knowledge and expertise into individualized, progressive programs that deliver tangible results. He works with a wide range of clients, and his favorite clients are those who have a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. Anthony is passionate about helping his clients achieve their optimal posture, weight and become stronger than ever before.

FAQs

How do I know it will work for me?

If you haven't had success with other workout programs in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. But I'm here to tell you, we guarantee you'll get the results you want as long as you put in the work. Why? I have years of experience studying different forms of training and this is the best compilation to get results.

I'm a beginner, is this for me?

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs in the program are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you'll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.

Do I need to purchase equipment?

It depends on the workout! I have a lot of workouts that require different equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. It's best if you have a full gym for this program but if you need modifications you can always reach out and I'll be happy to help.
